During the early 90s, Ezekiel Calvin helmed one of the NIA's first XM research efforts: Project Waratah. Also involved in Waratah were Stein Lightman and Edgar Allen Wright. Unbeknownst to all but Calvin, an accident in the lab cost Lightman his life.
